Our Location
Our dog boarding facility is conveniently located on U.S. 11E, we provide dog boarding to Jefferson City, Dandridge, New Market, and Morristown.
Lobby Hours
We have 24 hour availability for our guest’s convenience. Once the lobby is closed you are still able to pick up or drop off your dog. There is a $10.00 after hour fee for dogs that are boarding with us. We provide you with a back line cell phone so that you always have access to check on or pick up your dog 365 days a year.
If your dog has been at playcamp or in the spa for the day there is no charge to pick up after lobby hours. We only charge an after-hour pick up fee for dogs that have been boarding with us and that pick up after the lobby has closed.

Spa & Grooming Hours
We groom 7 days a week. Groom dogs can be dropped off early and picked up late without any additional charges.
